This book has been written to explain the complexity
of managing bar and beverages service, and the
purpose is to examine the wide range of submit areas.
The book has been placed to cover examination
requirement for the various degrees and courses in hotel
and bar management; the book has been written keeping
practicing bar professionals in mind.
I would like to express a spectacle debt of gratitude to
my wife Rajeshree and daughter Rupeshi; Mr. ADS Arora
and Mr Praveen Mehta for their support and guidance;
and at a great personality who inspired me to write this
book: Mr. Vithal Kamat. I would also like to thank Sunil
K Poolani who has a soft-heart for helping small
communities.
